Hotel is in an excellent location within 10 mins walk of Westminster and all its attractions. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are a good size with Apple Mac computer / tv. Pimlico tube station is a couple of mins walk away. Staff were very friendly and the check in / out was clockwork. We would return to this hotel without hesitation!

Room was much too small. Hotel is very dated and needs revamp. Room wasnt always cleaned or bed made daily. Location was good. Staff very helpfull. Breakfast was very limited with little choice and never changed. Basement rooms to be avoided.

Room was tiny but clean, bathroom also good, staff was friendly, breakfast ok. Very central!

The location of this hotel was very convenient. Just a few minutes from the tube.
The lobby was nicely presented. Nice to have complimentary drinks and fruit available 24/7. Always staffed should you need them with facilities such as WiFi and Sky television. No bar or licensed facilities which was a shame!
Our room was very small and unwelcoming. The room was not much bigger than the bed in it, the ensuite was also increadibly small. The rooms are very modern and tastfully done, but not cleaned very well. Normally we would go back to our hotel room for an afternoon rest prior to an evening out in the city but did not want to go back. Would go back if our rooms were bigger and clean
