Family-run Georgian townhouse hotel a stone's throw from Hyde Park and Paddington station.
Very simple but very clean budget accommodation in a central location. Ideal base from which to explore all London has to offer.
There is no restaurant and reception. Check -in at the Mitre house hotel next door, under the same ownership. Guests will be asked for a deposit and will be given the building's keys.
The cosy bedrooms all have colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

This accommodation is very basic but this is exactly what you'd expect from the pricing. It's located in a great area with easy tube connections. Stayed here 3 times now and am happy spending a night 'stop-over' here as it's so cheap however I wouldn't recommend for a long period of time if you require more than just a comfy bed to rest on!

The room (twin with ensuite) was small but had all that was required. The mattresses could do with replacing. Location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. A good choice for cheap London accommodation. I'd stay there again.

Although the shared bathroom may put people off, I did not once come across anyone else trying to use at the same time as myself. It's excellently located next to train stations and all eating facilities are close by. The room is very basic, but clean tidy and with tv facilities. I would strongly recommend this to anyone on a short stay basis who just needs to use the hotel to somewhere to sleep at night and who will not be spending a significant amount of time there!

Very well situated..close to tube and places to eat...looked very nice from outside..shower room was too small and not very clean..staff were very polite and help full..chose to stay at half term ..bad idea German and Spanish children very noisy in hotel.but overall good base for sight seeing and very reasonable priced.
