General Procedure for Bookings on Request

For bookings on request we will send an acknowledgement to your email address saying that your booking request has been received. This is not a booking confirmation. We need to check availability with the supplier first. You will be contacted as soon as possible by one of our consultants to confirm (or decline) your booking.
Please note: Each submission will result in a pre-authorisation for the full amount as displayed on our website. The release of these funds back to your account/credit card can take up to 10 working days.

Hotel Bookings

Our website offers two different status types for hotel rooms: AVAILABLE and ON REQUEST.

• Bookings for available rooms are confirmed to you as soon as your credit card transaction is approved.
• Rooms on request cannot be booked immediately as we are not holding any options; this means that booking requests placed for these rooms CAN BE DECLINED. When a room is on request, we have to check directly with the hotel whether they can meet your request at contracted rate. In the event that this is not possible, we will do our best to email you an alternative hotel offer according to your initial request. As our alternative offer is not binding, you can just reject it and then the amount charged will be reversed in full to your credit card/bank account.

Theatre/Entrance Tickets, Restaurants, Sightseeing Tours and Transfers

• Tickets for theatre shows cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
• London-Discount-Hotel.com acts as an agent only and has no control over the event or venue.
• Tickets are sold subject to the rules and regulations of the event organiser/venue which are available on request. The event organiser/venue reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists, to refuse admission and to request latecomers to await admission until a convenient break.
• If items purchased through London-Discount-Hotel.com are re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than London-Discount-Hotel.com, the event organiser/venue or one of their authorised sub-agents, the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
• In the case of theatre shows, all prices, which are displayed show separately the face value of the tickets, any applicable payment processing fees, booking fees and any applicable dispatch/handling charges. All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• Tickets and items purchased from London-Discount-Hotel.com by customers outside the UK will be available for collection from the event venue on the date of performance or upon arrival at the hotel, restaurant or attraction.
• In the case of airport transfers, the driver will wait until the baggage has cleared and will hold a sign with the name of the passenger. Should the passenger after a reasonable wait thereafter not appear, the driver will depart from the airport.
• In the case of sightseeing tours/restaurants, you should appear at the venue punctually and as per the booked time. Should you not be punctual for whatever reason, the tour may depart and/or the restaurant table given to someone else and no recompense will be made.
• Your name and address will be held by London-Discount-Hotel.com. This information will not be divulged to, sold or shared with any other organisation. London-Discount-Hotel.com may, from time to time send you information by email which London-Discount-Hotel.com believes may be of interest to you. In the case of theatre tickets, a copy of your personal data will also be held by Encore Tickets Ltd, our ticket supplier who are licensed solely to use your information for the processing of your booking and not for on-going marketing purposes. In purchasing a ticket through this system you agree with and are bound by the terms and conditions above. If, at any time, after you have made your booking, you wish to be removed from the company's mailing list then you simply have to request the same in writing.

Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this website is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this website is published in good faith but you acknowledge that London-Discount-Hotel.com as booking agent cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by all our suppliers.

Booking Criteria

Please ensure that all details are entered correctly when making your booking as no refunds will be granted as a result of incorrect entry of data.

Age

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.

How do I change an existing booking?

Email or fax us as soon as possible to [email protected] or to +44 (0) 20 7730 7413, however last-minute prices are not always available and charges for the administration and cancellation penalties may be applied. The date of receipt of such written amendments to confirmed bookings shall be deemed the date of amendment.
Guest name changes or child age changes will incur no charges. All amendments are subject to availability.

If I need to cancel my booking what do i do?

Cancellations to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions: Any cancellation to a reservation for which we have sent you a booking confirmation, must be made in writing to London-Discount-Hotel.com by email to [email protected] or by fax to Fax: +44 (0) 20 7730 7413.

Hotel and Hotel Packages Cancellations:
0-72 hours prior arrival: the charge for the first nights accommodation per room booked
More than 72 hours prior arrival: no charges
Some special discount hotel room prices are non-refundable. This is stated explicitly in the room details where applicable.

If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when London-Discount-Hotel.com receives notification from you during London-Discount-Hotel.com working hours. All such cancellations are subject to you incurring the charge for the next twenty-four hours accommodation after the London-Discount-Hotel.com receipt of notification.

Sightseeing Tours, Restaurant Reservations, Airport Transfers Cancellations:
0-48 hours prior arrival: full charge
More than 48 hours prior arrival: no charges

Theatre and Entrance Tickets Cancellations:
Upon booking: full charge

Cancellations notified directly to the suppliers(s) will not be effective. Requests for cancellations must be made in writing by email to [email protected] or by fax to Fax: +44 (0) 20 7730 7413.

Insurance

Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation and for medical cover.

Complaints

Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to London-Discount-Hotel.com in writing as soon as possible (within 28 days of travel). Any complaint regarding any services booked via London-Discount-Hotel.com must be brought to the attention of the hotel, theatre, restaurant or attraction management or in the case of tours or transfers, to the tour guide or chauffeur respectively at the earliest possible opportunity. If this is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us in writing at London-Discount-Hotel.com.

Liability

London-Discount-Hotel.com does not accept liability for any omissions or errors and reserves the right at any time to change information published on the site.
London-Discount-Hotel.com does not accept liability for any loss either indirect or consequential that may arise from the use of or connected with the London-Discount-Hotel.com website or for any products or services purchased from the London-Discount-Hotel.com website.

Change to Booking Terms

London-Discount-Hotel.com reserves the right to change these terms from time to time.

Law

Your booking is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between London-Discount-Hotel.com and you. You confirm that you have not entered into the contract with London-Discount-Hotel.com on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.

Security

London-Discount-Hotel.com uses the latest secure server SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, the industry standard which is powered by the most comprehensive software available today for secure commerce transactions. SSL is the protocol used on the internet to encrypt messages so that they can be sent securely. It encrypts all of your details, including credit card number, name and address and so on, so that they cannot be read as the information travels across the internet.
When you are on a secure server you will see in the internet address location bar a change from the normal "http:" at the beginning of the web address (URL) to "https:" This letter "s" indicates a secure connection and seeing these signs means you can feel confident that your details and privacy are secure.
