In addition to the above, we reserve the right to charge 2% of the total value of the booking to cover credit card charges.
If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when London-Discount-Hotel.com receives notification from you during London-Discount-Hotel.com working hours (Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:00pm UK local time).
All such cancellations are subject to you incurring the charge for the next twenty-four hours accommodation after the London-Discount-Hotel.com receipt of notification.
In the case of restaurant, sightseeing and transfer bookings, you should appear at the venue punctually and as per the booked time. Should you not be punctual for whatever reason, the tour, car or boat may depart and/or the restaurant table will be released and no refund will be made.
Cancellations notified directly to the hotel or our other suppliers will not be effective. Requests for cancellations must be made in writing via London-Discount-Hotel.com by email to [email protected] or by fax to +44 (0) 20 7730 7413 and the date of receipt of such written cancellation shall be deemed the date of cancellation.
