rooms are very small and are not really double rooms, but rather single rooms with a double bed. receptionists are rude and indifferent.

too expensive for this service 25/05/2015
I had reserved a double room with ensuite bathroom...the basin was inside the room, not into the toilet. Very poor breakfast: they have brought us some tea, 4 toasts and a very few of butter and jam. The room had the window broken. The reception does not exist. Only comfortable if you really don't care about the quality but only to the location.

Value for money! 22/12/2014
Value for money. Small room, shower was not working well, simple breakfast ( new And more toasters would be fine!), close to Piccadilly line!

great location 07/11/2014
I found this hotel great value for money because it was clean and I just needed a place to rest my head. So that was fine. It is in a very good area which is well placed on the undeground to go anywhere quickly. The really disagreable things are the breakfast rooms downstairs. In two different rooms with a corridor between. This caused a lot of hustle and bustle between teh rooms with the ladies who set up and clear off the tables being very very noisyand a bit pushy. Talking with very load voices slamming down plates . The noise was unbearable. Our room was next to the kitchen and they woke us up with the noise on the Sunday morning at 6:30. I got out of bed and asked them to be quiet and they were so maybe they only need to be told!!! A bit of customer services training ?

Ignored on arrival, a kettle that didn't work and no butter for toast when the only option was cereal or toast. Clean sheets and bathroom.

A great disappoitment 19/04/2014
The fridge wasn't working in the tiny double room, the beds were very narrow, the blankets were dirty, breakfast was extremely basic and the coffee was horrible. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room review
The room is small, but everything is there. The breakfast is pretty mundane. The location is great and the staff friendly.

Oxford Hotel
The room is tiny but everything is there. Having storage for suitcases to be collected later in the day is great. The breakfast room is too small and too crowded. The food is so basic we ended up going out for breakfast. The location is very convenient.

average
The room was amazingly small and the bed was not comfortable, but I guess this is what you can get for this price. The toilet /shower unit was quite new and clean.

okay-satisfactory
Good Points: Staff very friendly and helpful Clean Bathroom and good hot water shower. Clean Bright Dining Area and Satisfactory Quality Breakfast. Weak Points: Bedroom paintwork and decor needs attention. TV sound reception poor and no remote.

Oxford Hotel
My room was not secure as the fire exit door opened onto a corridor. The other end of the corridor led to the fire exit of another bedroom. Both fire exit doors could be opended from the corridor side and thus someone from the other bedroom could gain access to my room via the fire exit. I was on a trip with my young daughter and felt that this room was not suitable for her so I slept in it. I had to wedge the fire door with a chair to ensure no one could enter. However, this would have meant that if there was a fire in the other bedroom, the occupant could not escape via the fire exit through my bedroom.

our stay in the oxford hotel
We found the hotel to be very clean and the reception staff very pleasant. However we were very disappointed with the tiny room and the poor choice at breakfast time.

Room and Breakfast
Room 201 was too small without a proper wardrobe. Door would not lock with the security bolt. Bathroom door would not close because it was badly fitted. The safe did not work. The quality of the breakfast was very poor. Limited to cornflakes, orange juice, toast and cheese slices. Coffee or tea by the packet. Very disappointing.

noisy
Very small room. Sheets not changed in my 4 night stay. Very, very noisy.

Covenient Hotel for Earls Court
We booked the hotel because of its close proximity to Earls Court. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation itself - it was clean and comfortable.

I would stay here again
Reasonably clean. Small room but I didn't spend much time there so it didn't worry me. Would've been good with a small table, I had to use the chair as a table for my laptop. Very friendly staff. Great location, just 2-3 min walk from main street and Earls Court tube station. I would stay here again.
