Good hotel. Great location. Second lift was broken for whole weekend which meant there was one lift for 8 floors. Air conditioning didn't work. We booked a triple room but the room was a twin with a fold out bed. The room wasn't equipped for three people...only two cups etc. tea bags weren't replaced.

Check-in went well, room was ready ahead of time. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly, helpful with directions. Breakfast was very good, excellent selection for continental, small charge to upgrade to full breakfast. Staff in cafe very pleasant, effiicient. Location not too faw from London, just a few stops from Victoria Station. Lots of shopping a few bus stips away. Many restaurants in the area. Area felt safe at night.
