10/10This hotel was excellent.The room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. If you are new to London this is an excellent hotel to stay at if you want a cental venue very near to a tube station. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Excellent Accomodations
8/10I had booked at one of the Thistle hotels (Kensington Palace) for three nights. The hotel was badly run down and shabby. The room they gave us was in worse condition than a two star hotel. Since they were fully booked on the fourth night, we booked with you the Gluchester Hotel. Everything was excellent:service, room and breakfast. They also upgraded us free to a Club floor room.

6/10Staff were friendly, room was nice, but on first floor and very noisy from on-street noise and traffic. Hallways and corridors a bit rough around teh edges but overall very clean and safe. Good location.

10/10We realy enjoyed our weekend stay in hotel and would recommend it to anyone thinking of spending a few days in London. The rooms, hotel facilities and service provided by the hotel staff are top class. For the price we paid compared to other 4* hotels we have used in London it was excellent value. The hotel is in a very good location, next to Gloucester Road underground station and Cromwell Road which is a main bus route.It is also within easy walking distance of the South Kensington museums, Knightsbridge (Harrods etc.) and the Albert Hall.

6/10Wonderful value for money. Great location. First room offered had been used by a smoker, reception tried to persuade us it was non smoking bur reluctantly moved us eventually. Small complaint otherwise perfect. My second time staying there.
