10/10Stayed at hotel before. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. Room service excellent. Front reception staff very attentive and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. Front reception staff remmembered from our previous visit which was a nice touch. Would always stay here when in london.

6/10For the price, I realize this is the heart of London, however, the accommodations were very small. I requested and paid for a double room, but was placed in a single room. After placing a complaint, I was promptly moved. The internet access in the room did not work and it was a very tedious process to obtain internet access off of the lobby via my own computer. I would think a hotel of this status would have better business facilities. I realise that location is a major benefit for this hotel, but it should not cut back on other amenities that would be typical in this price range. thank you.

8/10Location is spot on, close to Victoria Station and main shopping areas. Room is fine, not amazing but pleasant enough. Staff friendly enough. Enjoyable stay, recommend to others.
