* Please be advised that once the vessel has departed, we cannot return to the pier to pick up passengers. Refunds will not be offered under such circumstances so please make sure that you arrive in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
* No prams, pushchairs or bassinets are permitted on board the vessels and highchairs are not available.Children under the age of 3 years are not permitted on board.

Dress Code: smart casual (Bateaux London reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire. Refunds will not be offered under such circumstances).

Classic Sunday Lunch Jazz Cruise will not operate 24-26 December 2014 or on 1-2 January 2015.
