Attraction Description

Hampton Court Palace is a royal palace in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Greater London; it has not been inhabited by the British royal family since the 18th century.
Built in 1514 circa Hampton Court has many histories, and understanding –  finding your way around – the complex geography of the site can be challenging but fascinating and interesting!

· Please resist touching the magnificent objects that you will see displayed within the palace.
· To protect these historic objects we have to use window blinds to keep light levels low and we   place fragile items behind barriers.
· You are welcome to take photographs within the palace and gardens.
· Photography is not allowed in the Chapel Royal and Pew.
· Please do not photograph or film in any special, temporary exhibitions as the art/objects belong to a variety of lenders
