Important Attraction Information

The Duck Stop is located between Jubilee Gardens and the Southbank Centre (Royal Festival Hall).  · Due to the length and nature of the tour we do not recommend children under the age of 3 to participate.
· Each tour operates subject to sufficient demand, tours with a low capacity maybe cancelled without prior notice. We will offer you an alternative time slot at your convenience or a full refund
· In the event of road conditions en-route prevent the tour as advertised being operated, every endeavor will be made to substitute an alternative route, but London Duck Tours Limited reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements
· Tours may be subject to delays and duration longer than advertised due to road and river conditions, please take this point into consideration when choosing a time slot (especially if you have other arrangements planned.
