Boarding commences at boarding point 2 from 7.30pm.
The boat departs from Westminster Pier at 7.45pm.
The boat returns to Westminster Pier by 11pm.
You should appear at the Pier punctually and as per the booked time. Should you not be punctual for whatever reason the cruise may depart and no recompense will be made.

Brilliant Birthday treat 8 August 2014
8/10I brought this as a birthday surprise for my daughters 18th birthday. I didn't know what to buy her as a gift but she loves musical theatre this seemed just perfect and it was. They made a big fuss of her during various times in the evening including getting everyone to sing happy birthday to her when the birthday cake I provided was brought out. I would suggest to people planning to go on a cruise is to bring your coat with you as it gets very chilly on the top dec watching all the sights, To improve this cruise it would been nice if there was more choice in the range of drinks they provided as there was only a choice of 3 cocktails which we found slightly disappointing. It would also be nice for the show tunes to go a little bit longer than it did. Other than that I would recommend this river cruise to everyone who wanted to go.
