Windsor Castle
Windsor has historical significance with the Windsor Castle having a royal history over 900 years.
The Windsor Castle is above the River Thames outside London. The Castle is associated with famous personalities like the successive monarchs, the present Queen and William the Conqueror. The tour ticket offers you the entrance to the largest constantly occupied castle in the world. We shall be amongst the first people to enter Windsor Castle, so you can see for yourself the splendour of St. Georges chapel and the sumptuous state apartments*. Filled with historic pubs and conventional shops, Windsor appears to be a beautiful town. Shakespeare's play, The Merry Wives of Windsor was also written here.
You can also visit Runnymede, where Magna Carta was signed by King John in 1215.
Stonehenge
Coming to Stonehenge, you will get the opportunity to witness the most popular prehistoric monument in the world.
Standing on Salisbury plain, this world heritage site is 5000 years old. Stonehenge, a collection of stones, was noted for spiritual worship and pagan religion.
Stare in amazing wonder at the ancient skill of designing and engineering.
Free DVD for all passengers on the in-depth history of Stonehenge!
Bath
The visit to Bath will take you on a trip to the pretty Georgian city equipped with wonderful terraces, crescents and architecture.
The escorted tour will take you to the Putney Bridge and Bath Abbey that overlooks the river Avon flowing over the weir.
You can be at the Pump Rooms and listen to the string quartet and at the same time explore shop and sip the afternoon tea.
With the setting of the sun, you will witness the torches being lit around the Roman Baths, where hot springs still burst daily.
Upon entering the Roman Baths we are greeted by our very own Roman legionary dressed in authentic armour who invites us to a dramatic speech by the Great Baths away from the crowds. Soak up the atmosphere while you hear what it was like to live in Roman Britain and how it felt to relax in the soothing and sacred waters after a hard day working as a soldier. Not to be missed!
