6/10Disliked the beds they were to hard and spring lumpy the mattresses need updating. the room was a good size for three people. The loo seat was wobbly. The check in was a bit slow as they could find my reservation notice and then when on to blamed someone on their team for the mistake. this hotel is good for an overnight or two but no longer.

8/10This medium-size hotel is very well located close to Queensway for shops/tube/restaurants/Kensington Park. I thought it was good value. Although it's obviously an older building and some of the corridors etc were slightly shabby, my room was modern and large enopugh. The bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional, and the breakfast was excellent - a buffet but with English as well as continental choices, and lots of juice and coffee. I would recommend it.

Room too Small
6/10The hotel was in a good location. Near tube etc. We found the room was clean but too small. My partner is very tall and he found it confining. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt that it was expensive for what you got.

QUEENS PARK HOTEL
4/10DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE FIRST ROOM ..HAD TO MOVE A BED IN ORDER TO USE THE TROUSER PRESS, ALSO THE PLUG WAS BROKEN ON THE APPLIANCE. THE SECOND ROOM WAS SLIGHTLY BETTER IN THAT THERE WAS MORE ROOM TO MOVE AROUND EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A VERY SMALL LIFT WE STILL HAD TO NEGOTIATE A FLIGHT OF STAIRS, AND THE CARPETS WERE BADLY WORN. tHE WASHBASIN IN THE EN-SUITE DIDN`T HAVE A PLUG .. SO WE WERE UNABLE TO USE IT . ON THE WHOLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
