Very pleasant hotel. Well located. Evening meal exellent. Only criticism - very poor breakfast.

Could be better

Plush, elegant surroundings. Polite, friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. However, room very small and you need to pay extra to 'upgrade' to a double bed. Bath miniscule. Had to run around in the shower to get wet. No tea & coffee in the rooms. No wi-fi internet. Air conditioning noisy and didn't really work so very stuffy in the room and not restful sleep. These are things I expect a hotel of this quality to just get right. Not good enough I'm afraid.

Excellent welcome, staff and food. A little overpriced in the bar Very clean bedroom and bathroom huge bed - v comfortable very quiet hotel Restaurant lighting is a bit clinical and overpowering- would benefit from being more candlelit at night Overrall - a beautiful hotel but particularly impressed with professional staff Thank you!
